Most of us experiment backache at one point or another, even sometimes as a result of bad alignment in yoga practice. Discovering one's body pattern, building awareness and finding personalized adjustments are therefore key both for daily life and for your sport or yoga practice.Yoga tradition offers us with a variety of tools that can be used to develop our consciousness and preserve our health, especially breathing techniques and energetic locks (bandha), postural practice including stretching, alignment and strengthening, as well as relaxation and meditation. Those are great allies to find more space, harmony and strength in one's spine, restoring it to the channel of energy it is meant to be. In this workshop you will get to know more about your back and learn how to use yoga techniques, so that you can create your own “toolbox” to be used at home, in your sport practice or at the office. Everyone is welcome to this practice. Please let us know when you register whether you have a specific back condition or recurring discomfort and let your back be happy again!
