Think with your heart, let your mind rest.
Namasté and greetings,
It has been way too long since I posted here. I've been going through a process of inner transformation that has required a great deal of my attention. And now that I have moved along to a point in that process that has a level of grasp and maturity to it, I am ready to share!
Becoming a Yoga Teacher is not a decision to be taken lightly. It requires a great deal of commitment, a willingness to look within, the courage to face your hidden fears, and a deep desire for personal transformation. One must have an integrated understanding of it's many elements, compassion in helping others, and great degree of humility.
This summer me and 23 other dedicated yogis came together as an Ashtanga family in the beautiful setting of Yoga In Salento, Italy. Within couple of hours it felt like we have known each other for ever. Love, compassion, care for on another was ever-present.
Meeting with the 3 wonderful teachers , John Scott, David Keil and Greg Nardi, had an extraordinary impact on our practice in All levels.
The 2 weeks were very busy. Our days were filled with asana practice, yoga philosophy and chanting, anatomy studies, adjustment lessons and evenings we came together to finish off by silent meditation. Our teachers spreading the light of this ancient discipline, mind and heart body practice, helping us to set our intentions closer to our goals. Where do we come from, where are we heading? Why are we doing yoga? Questions that would rise in Samastitihi, the most fundamental of the poses.
Welcome to the path of the heart
Now the ground has been fertile and the seed ready to be planted. Now is the time for creativity, time to drearm big with no holding back. I give thanks to my teachers for being such an inspiration, thank you for bringing life into my believe system, no bounderis , no limits, Only infinite LOVE.
Welcome to the path of the heart...
