Did you know that the cause of all existential pain and suffering is in our consciousness? We can release our pain by expanding our consciousness. We will use this session to elevate our consciousness and use divine mantras to elevate the frequency of our minds to match the frequency of the essence of our soul. Our goal will be to achieve inner peace through the experience of the purity of our own being as we merge with the Infinite.
Within hours of the New Moon and under the Vedic sign of Shiva, Friday 16th March is a day to empty the trash, finish what you have started and forgive to liberate yourself and move on. You will be invited to continue the meditation consistently for 40 days. Your choice ! A New Moon is always a good time to begin a meditation. It is easier to sustain the commitment by commencing a spiritual practice on the New Moon or between the New Moon and the Full Moon. The Kundalini Yoga session led by Fiona Crossley (Nav Jiwan), IKYTA Certified Teacher and Gong Practitioner will include Kundalini Yoga and breath work (praanayam) to warm and prepare body, mind and soul for deep meditation, relaxation with the Gong.
A Gong bath creates a magical journey for the body, mind and soul. Both rejuvenating and cleansing, the Gong will allow your body to naturally tune in and create a resonance with the sound. Energetically, emotionally, spiritually, and physically, it will penetrate every cell and fibre of your body. Indeed, the Gong allows you to tune in on many conscious and unconscious levels. Emotions and thoughts are released from the subconscious. The Parasympathetic nervous system is ruled by sound. And it regulates the over-worked and over triggered Sympathetic nervous system. Sound is therefore one of the most important healing media that there is.

Comfort is primordial - some yoga mats are available on site but bring your own if you have one. Bring: water to drink, plus 2 blankets or ideally, a sleeping bag. Body temperature will drop and you need to be comfortable so warmth underneath and on top is essential. An eye mask is helpful but optional. Please avoid eating heavily at least 2 hours beforehand. Please take time and space to integrate afterwards without any major commitments.
