Join us for an evening of meditation through the repetition of the most important and sacred Sanskrit mantras from ancient Indian tradition with Shantala the founder of Sanskrit Belgium
The session will be guided in the traditional style of listening mindfully and repeating after the teacher (Shruti Parampara). Maha mantras are short mantras dedicated to different Hindu deities that create unique vibrations based on what each deity represents. Maha mantra chanting can be a powerful group experience even if you think it is a strange practice at first. This style of chanting is like natural pranayama and an excellent tool to develop a meditation practice. Your senses turn inward, focusing on your breath and sound. Session cost: Donation of your choice ( your participation goes to charity) Registration obligatory Start 8PM-9PM at 9, Rue des Tongres , Metro Merode https://www.facebook.com/events/477871095740624/
