Anthropologist, formerly researcher in anthropology, Nathalie crossed the road of Hatha Yoga in 2008. She discovered then, besides the physical profits which it got to him, a spiritual opening and a new look on the world which made him leave his post of “observer's of the world " to move into the care and the transmission fields. Nathalie likes discovering various types of Yoga such as Hatha Yoga with his first professor Yseult De Crombrugghe, later Sivananda Yoga, the Yin Yoga, the ayurvedic tradition and the Yoga Tridoshas, the Yoga Tantra with Selvin Yavuz.
Nathalie regularly leaves following pensions of Yoga in the world: Sivananda Ashram in Australia, Sivananda retreat in Turkey, retreat Yoga and Ayurvéda in Kerala in India and in Italy. Nathalie wishes to pass on her experience of the Yoga to the children to allow them "to grow straight ahead" in this chaotic and deconstructing world. The practice of the YOGA represents a space of safety, without competition, a place where the child can wake up in his interiority. YOGA is a practice of development of the Social skills of the children by allowing them to return to themselves, a space of reinvestment of their body, their sensations. Nathalie followed Catherine Nozeret's teachings, trainer of teachers of Yoga for Children.
