Introduction to Ashtanga
For whom ? complete beginners, new or out-of-practice yogis who wish to go back to the basics
You have 2 beginners options or you can combine all options together. Mondays , Tuesdays and Thursdays
1. Beginners Ashtanga Mysore style, Foundations Level early mornings with Ramona
- If you are complete beginners a private class of 90 minutes + two consecutive Mysore class is offered for
110€. You will have to continue your Mysore class within the same weeks of purchase!
2. Beginners Ashtanga in 5 or 10 sessions Mondays, Tuesdays & Saturdays
Ashtanga is a dynamic flow of movement synchronised with your breath. A body, mind, soul connection practice. We'll unpack and explore together the foundations of Ashtanga Yoga practice trough five different themes in order to build strong bases from the beginning.
