I am offering an accredited teacher training pathway for those who feel called to deepen their practice and step into teaching with clarity, integrity, and alignment with the Ashtanga tradition.

If you are new to yoga or do not yet hold a certification, you will begin with a 200-hour online training through Yoga Renew, an internationally accredited yoga school.
After completing the online portion with Yoga renew, you will continue with an additional 50 hours of in-person training with me, where we integrate Ashtanga practice, teaching skills, and the deeper essence of the Ashtanga path.

If you already hold a 200-hour yoga teacher certification and wish to refine your skills, deepen your understanding, and align more fully with Ashtanga methodology, you are invited to join my 50-hour in-person advanced training.
This immersive experience focuses on precise technique, Intelligent sequencing, counted breath practice, philosophy, and embodied teaching.
